Regular Worksite Inspections. These inspections are designed to continue education, identify potential hazards and evaluate performance.
Comprehensive Training. All United Building Janitorial Service employees receive general training as well as specialized training as warranted by their assigned duties. Likewise, our staff is trained to consider the health and safety of the people around them, such as building occupants and visitors.
Customer Requirements, Compliance and Flexibility. United Building Janitorial Service can readily adopt and implement any unique needs or procedures currently in place at a client’s facility.
Minimum employment requirements:
Prior janitorial experience
US citizen or legal to work in the USA
At least 18 years of age
Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English at a minimum. -Multiple Languages welcome
Detailed background, criminal, credit investigation may be conducted as well as fingerprinting prior to employment.
Drug screening and physical examination may be required prior to beginning employment.
Be able to provide your proof of ability to work in the USA (Social Security Card etc.) and ID prior to beginning employment.
Posses a valid driver’s license and insurance
Have a reliable vehicle
Be able to lift at least 30lbs
Be able to work 4 hour segments on your feet
